Job Description For Outreach Pastor:

This position involves oversight of the outreach ministry. The church is a growing church characterized by visionary leadership. The Outreach ministry position involves creative programs for both weekend and midweek ministries. Experience in teambuilding skills are preferred.

Must be ready to serve and recruit others. will oversee all aspects of the Outreach ministry, under the guidance of the senior pastor in capturing the vision of the church.

Are you a great public speaker? Are you a regular conference attender? Do you feel comfortable presenting in front of small groups as well as groups of 1,000's?

Do you have proven sales ability? Great communication skills? Are you a relationship builder?

Do you smile regularly? Do you have an affable personality? Can you maintain attitude and poise after many hours of work?

Outreach is looking for a great conference presenter that possesses all the above and more...

The very ideal candidate will:

Have Strong Public Speaking Background

Be a Former or Current Pastor

Live in a major metropolitan area

Have a large network of contacts/relationships in the evangelical church world

Have a strong ability to build and manage relationships

Be Tech Savvy

Be a travel pro (airfare, car rental, hotel, etc.)

Proven networker (knows way around green room)

Affable and Professional

Strong Communication skills (verbal and written)
