Job Description For Women's Pastor:

This position involves oversight of the ministry to women of all ages. The church is a growing church characterized by visionary leadership. The Women's ministry position involves creative programs for both weekend and midweek ministries. Experience in team building skills are preferred.

Must be ready to serve and recruit others, will oversee all aspects of the Women's ministry under the guidance of the senior pastor in capturing the vision of the church.
